Lili Nakita Kroutilina is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Somatic Ecotherapist, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Massage Practitioner, and artist.
Her work is informed by somatic ecotherapy, mindfulness meditation, expressive arts, humanistic psychology, transpersonal psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, reiki, non-violent communication, somatic body oriented techniques, current neuroscience research of the brain, trauma and attachment theories, jungian psychology, family systems theory, and social justice activism.
Lili has experience creating and facilitating workshops on a wide range of therapeutic topics including couples intimacy, mindfulness meditation, women’s empowerment as well as experience in diverse group leadership within business, volunteer, event environments.
She is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples in increasing internal resources and capacities, transforming and resolving conflict, integrating parts of themselves to feel whole, healing trauma, decreasing stress and depression, creating and maintaining boundaries within relationships, and building greater self understanding and self acceptance.
She has a strong belief in helping people find guidance within themselves for greater life potential, finding meaning, increasing inner peace, personal empowerment within their lives, communities, and the greater world.
